Services description

We retail collectible playing cards, publish editorial articles, host curated museum displays, and offer consultation slots.

Booking and payment terms

Prices display in the currency noted at checkout. Preorders authorise payment partners to capture funds when stock arrives unless stated otherwise in writing.

Event cancellation policy

Museum appointments may reschedule once without fee if notice arrives twenty-four hours ahead. Repeated cancellations may require a deposit. Refund specifics appear in the refund policy.

Client responsibilities

Buyers must supply accurate delivery details, comply with import laws, and handle decks safely once received.

Our responsibilities

We ship described goods, honour advertised condition grades, and maintain secure handling while items remain in our custody.

Intellectual property

Photography and articles belong to Kiwi Deck Market unless credited otherwise. Deck artwork remains with original publishers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost tournaments or speculative resale value changes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of purchased goods or violation of import restrictions.

Governing law

These terms follow the State of New York for CP Advertising Network contractual disputes as requested in corporate policy, while consumer protections in New Zealand still apply where mandatory law requires.
