Overview

We want every shuffle to feel fair. This policy outlines when refunds, repairs, or credits apply.

Sealed retail decks

Decks in original shrink or factory seals may return within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund minus outbound shipping unless the error was ours.

Opened collectibles

Once cellophane is broken we inspect for discrepancies versus listing photos. Approved returns receive store credit or partial refunds depending on condition shift.

Damaged shipments

Photograph the outer carton and inner padding within forty-eight hours. We file courier claims and replace stock when inventory allows.

Processing time

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within seven business days after we receive the goods.

Non-refundable items

Custom foiled commissions, digital authentication reports, and museum event deposits after the preparation cutoff are non-refundable unless we cancel.
